FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE JSRCC retirees honored at annual retirement celebration RICHMOND, VA (January 25, 2007) - J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College recently honored faculty and staff who retired over the past year at a reception on the Downtown Campus. Among the honorees were three faculty members who earned the distinction of Professor Emeriti, the highest honor bestowed upon a faculty member of the college. President Gary L. Rhodes presented the Professor Emeriti resolutions and medallions to M. L. Grayson Foy, School of Mathematics & Science; Frances B. Stanley, School of Nursing & Allied Health; and Dr. Susan S.
