E-Cashier Automatic Payment Plan
(Formerly FACTS Management Co)

STUDENT NOTIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All students must accept the following terms and conditions to qualify for,
 the FACTS E-CASHIER TUITION PAYMENT PLAN.

 
  1. I understand I must register for classes first and then enroll in e-Cashier before the next JSRCC payment deadline.
  2. I understand that the enrollment deadline dates established by the FACTS e-Cashier Payment Plan are different from the payment deadline dates established by JSRCC.
  3. I understand that if I make any changes to my class schedule I need to contact the JSRCC Central Business Office in writing, by email (ecashier@reynolds.edu) or written correspondence (fax 804-371-3631), in order to have my FACTS agreement adjusted.
  4. I understand that if I default on my e-Cashier payments or fees at any time my FACTS Payment Plan agreement can be terminated and my classes will be dropped.
  5. I understand that my FACTS Payment Plan agreement will not be automatically adjusted when financial aid is awarded after enrolling in the e-CASHIER payment plan.
  6. I understand the refund of payments from e-CASHIER after dropping a class or classes by the appropriate drop date will not be issued until 75 days after the last day to drop a class with a refund. (check Schedule of Classes for this date)
  7. I will read, understand and comply with the Terms and Conditions provided by Nelnet Business Solutions (formerly the FACTS Management Co) prior to my enrollment in the FACTS e-CASHIER payment plan.

STUDENTS ENROLLING IN THE FACTS PAYMENT PLAN ON A PAYMENT DEADLINE DAY MUST DO SO BY
4:00PM OR YOU WILL BE DROPPED FROM YOUR CLASSES.

 YOU MUST CHECK THE JSRCC SCHEDULE OF CLASSES CATALOG TO DETERMINE
THE COLLEGE’S PAYMENT DEADLINE DAYS.
