Guranteed Transfer Admission!

VCCS GUARANTEED TRANSFER ADMISSIONS AGREEMENTS

Guaranteed Transfer AdmissionVirginia's community colleges offer students more than the opportunity to earn a degree or certificate; they provide a gateway to the Commonwealth's four-year colleges.

Through system-wide negotiated agreements, students who graduate from a Virginia community college with a transferable associate's degree are guaranteed admission to many of the Commonwealth's colleges and universities, including the University of Virginia and the College of William and Mary.

Explore articulation agreements (more than 30) that apply to all 23 of the Virginia community colleges. Under the terms of these agreements, you are guaranteed admission and will receive junior status upon transfer.  Please note that it may take longer than 4 years to earn your Bachelor’s degree.  In your particular field of study, you have to satisfy the admissions requirements and the prerequisites for upper-level courses you wish to take. It is therefore particularly important that you seek advising from the Career, Employment and Transfer Center and/or the four-year institution, preferably during your first semester at Reynolds.
