New Non-Curricular Students
All first-time non-curricular students must complete the following steps to enroll for credit classes at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College.


 Take Placement Tests

Take the JSRCC Placement Test if you are taking Biology 101, Chemistry 101, English 111, English 112, or any mathematics courses.

Students visiting from another college may qualify for a waiver of placement testing.

 Meet With Success Center Specialist

You may meet with a Success Center Specialist for assistance in completing your registration. The Success Center is a "one stop" point of contact for students regarding new student advising and admission to the college.
