Strategic Goal 1.        Preparation
Develop an exemplary early teacher preparation program
To develop an exemplary early teacher preparation program, the strategic objectives of revising curriculum, revising field experiences, developing a high quality faculty, engaging teacher candidates outside of the classroom,  providing high quality advising and evaluating the program will need to be deployed.
                                                                                                         
Strategic Goal 2.        Research and Development
Determine PK-12 school districts’ needs and develop courses to meet them
To investigate opportunities for new education programs the strategic objectives of conducting context evaluations, researching exemplary programs, conducting a cost-benefit analysis for any new program and developing any new program deemed appropriate will need to be deployed.

Strategic Goal 3.        Innovation
Provide meaningful professional development for LEAs, public and private schools
To provide meaningful professional development for LEAs, public and private schools, the strategic objectives of developing collaborative working relationships with LEAs, public and private schools; marketing the courses; implementing the courses and evaluating the efforts will need to be deployed.

Strategic Goal 4.        Expansion
Expand enrollment in content courses with in-service teachers
To increase enrollment in content courses, the strategic objectives of developing collaborative working relationships with the Deans and Program Heads, providing consultation on intentional scheduling to attract teachers, marketing the courses, tracking enrollment statistics and evaluating the efforts will need to be deployed.

Strategic Goal 5.        Evaluation
Develop a Center for Teacher Education focused on continuous improvement
To develop a Center for Teacher Education that is focused on continuous improvement the strategic objectives of implementing clear and efficient processes, providing outstanding customer service, effective budgeting and evaluating all aspects of operations will need to be deployed.
