Purpose:
To assure that any public posting of student grades, test scores, project evaluations, etc., meets the guidelines of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974, as amended.

Definitions:
Public posting: any placement of student evaluation results by the faculty member in a location where they can be viewed by persons other than the individual student, including electronic means that have unrestricted public access, such as any websites or shared network drives.
 - 
Policy:
Faculty are not permitted to post student grades publicly. Exceptions must be approved by the Office of the Registrar.
