In accordance with Reynolds Policy No. 1-11, Admissions the following documents must be submitted in order to be considered for admission as an international student.

Be sure to add your student ID to the first page of the F-1 application.
Completed JSRCC F-1 Student Application Form Complete all four pages of application.
Copy of Student Passport If you have dependents who will be traveling with you. Submit a copy of their passports as well.
Copy of both high school and college diplomas with copies of official transcripts. If you attended school outside of the United States, you must submit a copy of a certified translation or evaluation of your transcript(s).
Proof of English Proficiency See page 2 of F-1 Student Application Form for a list of required documents.
Current financial sponsorship documentation See pages 3 and 4 of the F-1 Student Application form for a list of the required documents.

  • Official transcript from current institution
  • Copy of current visa and I-94
  • Copies of all previous I-20s
  • Copy of current visa and I-94
  • Copies of any previous USCIS approval notices
  • J-Visa holders only – Copy of your current DS-2019
