In accordance with Reynolds Policy No. 1-11, Admissions the following documents must be submitted in order to be considered for admission as an international student.

| Completed JSRCC F-1 Student Application Form | Complete all four pages of application. |
| Copy of Student Passport | If you have dependents who will be traveling with you. Submit a copy of their passports as well. |
| Copy of both high school and college diplomas with copies of official transcripts. | If you attended school outside of the United States, you must submit a copy of a certified translation or evaluation of your transcript(s). |
| Proof of English Proficiency | See page 2 of F-1 Student Application Form for a list of required documents. |
| Current financial sponsorship documentation | See pages 3 and 4 of the F-1 Student Application form for a list of the required documents. |
