Voices of Impact Speaker Series Brings National Leaders to Reynolds

Reynolds Community College is proud to present Voices of Impact, a new speaker series featuring distinguished community college leaders from across the country whose work continues to shape the future of higher education.

Presented as part of Unlocking Potential, Reynolds’ college-wide professional development framework, the Voices of Impact Speaker Series invites faculty, staff, students, and community supporters to engage in meaningful dialogue about leadership, innovation, and transformation in the community college landscape.

All sessions take place in Lipman Auditorium, located in the Massey Library Technology Center on the Parham Road Campus. Events are free and open to the public. While registration is not required, participants are encouraged to RSVP through the respective event pages.

A Powerful Beginning: Dr. Michael Baston

Dr. Michael A. Baston, President of Cuyahoga Community College The series launched during the College In-Service Day on September 30, 2025, with Dr. Michael A. Baston, President of Cuyahoga Community College (Tri-C). His keynote, Forward Together: The Power of Us, set an inspiring tone for the series.

Dr. Baston shared a compelling message about turning potential into progress and how community colleges are uniquely positioned to transform lives and strengthen the communities they serve. His remarks resonated with the day’s theme—In Motion with Purpose—and aligned perfectly with Reynolds’ mission to create meaningful impact through education and opportunity.
