What is the Library & Technology Center

Parham Road Campus - Library & Technology Center: The VCCS allocated $3.9 million in supplemental funds for J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College to build the first new academic building on the Parham Road Campus in over 25 years. The bid was awarded to Gulf Seaboard Contractors. The new wireless building will house a library of the future, state-of-the-art classrooms and a 400 seat auditorium. This project will also include a re-skinning of Building-B to match the exterior of the new building.
