My JSRCC - Change Reynet PIN

You can change your 6 digit REYNET PIN number using the My JSRCC Change IVR PIN feature. Reynet allows you to access your SIS account by phone.

• Click Change My IVR/Phone Registration PIN Number on the My Tools menu.

• Enter your new 6 digit IVR PIN
• Retype your new IVR PIN
• Click Change IVR PIN

• Click OK to change your PIN number menu.

• The message Successfully updated your IVR PIN should be displayed when the PIN number has been update.
