Empl ID (Student ID)

Once your application to the college has been processed, you will be issued a unique 7 digit PeopleSoft Student Information System Student ID number, know as the Empl ID. You will need your Empl ID for all on-campus services and to use the REYNET telephone registration system.

Find Your Empl ID

Empl ID Not Found

Your Empl ID should be created within 24 hours after your application for admission is processed.  If you don't find your Empl ID number, try again in 24 hours.

Multiple Empl ID Found

If you have more than one Empl ID due to enrollment at another VCCS (Virginia Community College System) institution, please use the number issued by J. Sargeant Reynolds.

Emplid Assistance

If you need assistance with finding your Empl ID, on campus students may visit one of the campus Access Centers to verify that your information on record is correct.  You will need a picture ID as proof of identification.  Off campus students may call the Reynolds Information Center at 804-371-3000.
