My JSRCC - Security Question

My JSRCC will require you to supply a security question and its answer when you change your password. This question will serve as an additional authentication mechanism the next time you change your password.

Users who have not supplied a security question will see an icon when they log into My JSRCC. This will allow you to create a security question without going through the password change process.

Security questions provided by My JSRCC.

• In what city were you born?
• What is the name of you favorite pet?
• What is the model of your favorite car?
• What is your mothers maiden name?
• What is the high school you last attended?

You also may submit your own question instead of using one of the questions provided.
