To avoid problems with college website usage, you should clear cache files before you begin to access SIS, Blackboard or Email.  A frequent error message, among others, is 'you are unauthorized to access this page' which can be resolved by completing the following:

In Internet Explorer:  Click on Tools > Internet Options

Click the Delete Cookies button.

Click OK.

Click the Delete Files button

Click in the box to place a checkmark and click OK.

Click OK to close the Internet Options window.

Close your web browser by clicking the red 'X' in upper right-hand corner of the window.
