Web Registration - How To Enroll in a Class
In the Menu, Click on Self Service
Click the Add a class link or Add tab to register for a class.
Select Term if different from defaults, Click Change.
The enrollment cart and class schedule sections are displayed.
Click the arrow to collapse individual sections.
Click the arrow to expand individual sections.
Note: All 3 steps must be completed for transaction to be final.
Adding a class is a three-step process. Progression through
1. Select classes to add
2. Confirm classes
3. View results
Enter the class number if known
The details about the class are shown.
Review the detail to be sure the class does not conflict with other enrollments.
Symbols are used to indicate whether the class is open, closed or waitlisted:
Click Next to continue the transaction.
Click Previous to go back one page.
Click Cancel to end transaction.
The class is added to the enrollment shopping cart.
Review the status of the class. Look for the symbol in the status column which indicates the class is open.
Note: Classes stay in the shopping cart until registration is complete or user deletes them.
Use the to delete classes from the shopping cart.
Click Proceed to Step 2 of 3 to continue.
Check that the correct class is showing and the status is open.
Click Finish Enrolling to complete transaction
Check the Status:
A green check icon indicates successful enrollment.
Select Make A Payment or My Class Schedule to continue.
A red icon indicates the class was not added to the student’s schedule.
Click Fix Errors to correct.
Select Make A Payment or My Class Schedule or Add Another Class to bypass error correction.
Pending enrollments must be deleted from the shopping
Click the icon to delete the class from the shopping cart.
The shopping cart is now empty.
