Student Email

JSRCC provides each student with an email account. To protect your privacy, your business with J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College is conducted only through your college-provided email account. Please use this account to contact your instructors, or when you are conducting other business with JSRCC. Your instructors will use this address to contact you, as well.

Logging In for the First Time

My JSR Accounts provides instructions on how to access Student Email and your other JSR web based resources using the single login My JSRCC. Before logging in for the first time, you must retrieve your My JSRCC Username and create your password.

Your Student Email Address

Your Student Email address is your Username followed by "@email.vccs.edu".  For example, if your My JSRCC Username is "jx1", your email address is "jx1@email.vccs.edu".
