The Reynolds Libraries serve students on campus and online. The library staff has created the Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management Guide to facilitate your research and learning. The guide lists selected books in our collections, subject keywords for searching our catalog and the call number ranges for browsing the shelves. It also includes information on how to retrieve or search electronic books through NetLibrary. Perhaps what you will find the most valuable is the list of databases that can help you locate research articles. Guides to online search strategies are linked, as well as recommended web sites. The Guide is available at http://teach.jsr.vccs.edu/library/subjectguide/culinary.htm. The Library at the Downtown Campus is located in Room 231, and houses print media to support culinary arts, hospitality and tourism education. In addition to a variety of professional textbooks, there are numerous general interest volumes on cuisine and cooking, and a variety of relevant periodicals. Check out the JSRCC Library Blog!
