Welcome Host Certification Program 

This program is a joint initiative between the Virginia Hospitality and Travel Association, the Retail Merchants Association of Greater Richmond, the Richmond Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau and J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College. The mission of Welcome Host Certification is to develop and maintain a broad network of knowledgeable advocates who will provide visitors to the Metro Richmond area with friendly answers that enhance their visits and promote commercial growth of area merchants.
