The college assigns a student identification number (EMPL ID) at the time of application.  Students must use this number to access services on campus or through REYNET or Reynolds Online.  Students may not use EMPL IDs that have been assigned by other colleges unless JSRCC has adopted the same number.

Applicants for financial aid are required to submit Social Security numbers.  Pell Grant program applicants are advised the U.S. Department of Education requires Social Security numbers when processing applications.  The Internal Revenue Service also required valid Social Security numbers.
