Transcript and Grade Information

Official Transcripts
A transcript is a copy of the student's permanent academic record at JSRCC. An official transcript carries the college seal and is mailed to other educational institutions and agencies. Written requests for transcripts must be delivered to a campus Success Center or Central Admissions and Records, faxed (804/371-3650) or mailed (P.O. Box 85622, Richmond, VA 23285). JSRCC policy does not allow acceptance of e-mail transmission of transcript requests.

Please allow two weeks for processing your request. A photo ID is required to pick up a transcript. If the transcript will be picked up by someone other than the student, the person's name and telephone number must accompany the original request and that person must provide a photo ID. No transcript will be released until all outstanding financial obligations to the college have been fulfilled.


Unofficial Transcripts and Grades
Students may produce an Unofficial Transcript with their grades On-Line or may request a copy in the Success Center.
